One week after tubes

Today marks 1 week since we had tubes in Grace's ears, WOW what a difference. Mike and I were talking last night about what a different little girl we have now that she is not miserable.

The MAIN change, I would say, is that her appetite is stronger! She wakes up in the morning and the very first thing she tells her daddy is "food":) She's eating much better at daycare also, and we even received a note home from daycare saying that she has been an "enthusiastic" eater lately. YAY for that!

Another change we are so excited to see, are her verbal skills!! WOW, who would have thought in such a short amount of time she could figure out so many words. At her first birthday, I would say she probably only had 5 words that she repeated " momma, eat, shoe, bath, dad". NOW we are WELL over 25 words, I'll probably forget a few in this list:
"Mommy, Daddy, Willie, bath, eat, bubble, NO, YES, food, juice, milk, hot, cookie, snack, cheese, book, bird(soo cute), MOOOO (at the cow), ball, out, down, play, nose, ear, head, toes, shoe, pants, school (skoo), church (so cute), puppy, "this", uh..oh, please, thank you..." all of these she says ON HER OWN!!
She is also sleeping better and in a much more enjoyable mood :)
